the prestigious Body Intellect Pilates Teacher Training course 
with Theo Botha in France, starting September 2026. 

En collaboration avec BODY INTELLECT, vous pouvez suivre chez “Pilates with Kirsten” une formation d'entraîneur Pilates sur tapis et/ou Reformer. 

La formation se déroule en anglais, avec une aide à la traduction en français et/ou en allemand. Des connaissances de base en anglais sont requises.

BODY INTELLECT, led by the wonderful Theo Botha, is coming to France. Body Intellect takes a modern and progressive educational approach, offering its students innovative teaching through technological support, blended learning and personalised guidance. Students become part of an international community where they can exchange ideas, share experiences and learn. The training programme is recognised worldwide by the PMA (Pilates Method Alliance).

Pilates with Kirsten is a small home studio located in Lévignac, south-west of Toulouse. It welcomes clients from all walks of life and offers group mat classes at KDance, Leguevin, as well as private sessions on Pilates equipment, namely the Reformer, the Cadillac (Tower), the Spine Corrector and the Chair in Levignac. Kirsten, founder of Pilates with Kirsten, has completed a full teacher training program with BASI Pilates International and believes in lifelong learning. She is delighted to facilitate the Body Intellect programme in France.

Mat Modul:

Body Intellect offers you:

  • 19 hours of in-person training and 21 hours of online training

  • Printed manuals: Workbook for mat exercises (and Reformer)

  • Unlimited access to the Body Intellect Hub (online classroom with access to digital resources, exercise analysis and the video library)

  • Fees payable to Body Intellect: €899.00 (early bird) until 9 July 2026 / €1,000.00 thereafter

 

Additional Training at Pilates with Kirsten:

  • 15 ProClass sessions (mat classes at KDance, Léguevin or online)

  • Use of the home studio in Lévignac for 1 year for personal practice or teaching practice

  • 15 hours of observation (mat)

  • Fees payable to Pilates with Kirsten: €770.00, VAT-exempt

Reformer Modul 
(in addition to the mat module)

Body Intellect offers:

  • 28.5 hours of in-person training and 7 hours of online training

  • Printed manuals: Workbook for mat (and reformer) exercises

  • Unlimited access to the Body Intellect Hub (see above)

  • Fees payable to Body Intellect: €1,199.00 (early bird until 09 July) / €1,400.00 thereafter.

 

Additional Training for the course at Pilates with Kirsten:

  • 15 ProClass sessions (Reformer, one-to-one at the studio in Levignac)

  • Use of the home studio in Levignac for 1 year for personal practice or teaching practice

  • 40 hours of observation (Reformer)

  • Fee payable to Pilates with Kirsten: €630.00, VAT-exempt

Prerequisites: 

* minimum 18 years of age

* experience in practicing the Pilates method

* physical ability to practice Pilates

* reformer modul only in combination with the mat model

* to work in France you need a "diplôme d'état "

Prériquis:

​*avoir 18 ans

*ne pas avoir de contre-indication médicale à la pratique de la méthode

*pré-requis de 30 heures de pratique de la méthode

*module Reformer qu'en complément du module tapis.

*pour travailler en France, il faut être titulaire d'un CQP, ou d'un diplôme équivalent.
